Shipping policy

Your order will ship within 1 business day after purchase. The carrier we use is the US Postal Service.

Within the united states: Standard (ground) shipping, 3 up to 7 business days, free shipping on domestic order.

International deliveries : Standard (ground) shipping, 3 up to 10  business days

Your satisfaction is the most important thing to us and we work hard to fulfill your order as quickly and accurately as possible.

Refund policy

Once you receive the merchandise, you will have (7) days to report any inconvenience. Returns are only allowed for damaged items, and to proceed with the return, you must send us an email to: with the photo of the defective part, indicate the order number and send it in its original packaging and label.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund based on the original payment method.

Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be reflected on your statement (up to 30 days for international cards).
